We are a bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Asheville, North Carolina specializing in raw, handcrafted and stoneground chocolate bars that are produced sustainably with care for people and the environment. Our chocolate is made in accordance with fair trade practices from raw, organic, cacao nibs . We revitalize the art & craft of chocolate-making by stone-grinding the cacao into a chocolate liquor using a melanger, or alchemist’s stone. We add spices, herbs and fruits, pour our chocolate into molds and wrap each bar by hand, using recycled packaging materials.

Through our chocolate-making, we aim to inspire happy and healthy living while contributing to the preservation of the environment.
